The lectures aim to provide students with knowledge of the thematic contents that make up the course syllabus.
The administration of a cognitive screening instrument to an elderly adult will enable the training of relationship skills in a practical context, within the scope of the learning process, as well as:
- training in the proper administration, quotation and interpretation of results;
- structuring the information to be presented about the person being assessed and its relevance to understanding the results obtained;
- training in communication skills (especially orality).
