Learning Methods

This is a theoretical-practical curricular unit in which various teaching methods will be used, in particular expository methods, with a theoretical presentation on the evolution of the concept of quality, quality management systems, normative references and good institutional practices. Participatory methodologies will also be used, such as brainstorming and promoting debate (especially on issues related to good institutional practices). Collaborative methodologies (group work), problem-solving (analysis of cases about experiences in the ERPI context) and research (critical analysis of written and/or audiovisual material, such as news published about bad institutional practices) will also be considered in this course.
