Support student integration within ISSSP, bearing in mind academic
success;
Collect the complaints presented regarding the university interaction that go against socialization general practices, which may come from the interested parties or the School governing bodies and take all appropriate steps to find a solution;
Directly convene the parties involved in a dispute to the necessary hearings and carry out the required steps to determine the facts deriving to that situation;
Keep the database of the processes that are presented.
It's possible to contact the ombudsman through the following ways:

In the contact by email, you must use the form PE_01, available in the Documents. If you intend to contact the ombudsman personally, you can bring the form already filled out or fill it out at the end of the hearing.
